
Production line Stages
1.
Processing and Grading of Flowers
- Harvested flowers gets graded for the different production lines (straight pack or bouquets)
- Our onsite pack house consists out of a hydration station, mechanical pack line, two cold rooms, admin block and flower
bouquet making work stations. - Quality control are done by trained employees with years of experience according to PPECB export standards
- If quality is not met the product gets discarded.








2.
Store of flowers – Cold Store
- Flowers are kept in the cold rooms, in buckets filled with fresh water, temperature maintained at 4 ͦ C.
- Staff collect the necessary flowers for specific production line from the cold rooms.








3.
Coloring
- Different technics and colors are used.
- Colored flowers need to dry in the wind

Bouquets making / Straights
- We process the flowers into bouquets – Fynbos, single flowers or carousels.
- Bouquets are made according to client’s request
- Bouquets have seasonal foliage changes.
- All bouquets are hand made on site all year round.








5.
Packing & Quality Control
- ∙Fynbos are packed in Sappex S22, S14 or mini carton boxes
- During this process the final quality control are very strict, to ensure product uniformity.
- Grading according to PPECB export standards
- During all processes( harvesting, production, packing) flower that do not meet the criteria get discarded.
